• Authentic Movement - A contemporary mystical practice centered in the development of embodied witness consciousness. | $170-$190* / €105 - €115 (60min) | $670 (4 sessions)

  AM can be used:

  • As a (or within a) self exploratory or psychotherapeutic process to access the memory that our body holds.

  • As part of a creative process to tap into into our creativity and life force,

  • As a spiritual practice to tap into a meditative, liminal and/or transpersonal space.

• Menstruality Medicine Wheel: A psycho-spiritual educational process to understand & remember your cyclic nature, whether you are still bleeding or in (peri) menopause.

  $990* / €620 (6 sessions)
