Veronica Berezowsky, RCC, MA-DMT, RSMT

Hola, my name is Veronica. I am a curious soul inhabiting, in this lifetime, the mysterious body of a woman. I deeply recall a wiser way of existing on Earth and I aim to contribute in restoring it. I follow my heart and cannot do otherwise. This has brought me through the darkness and light in a challenging but deeply meaningful life journey.

The essence of my work centers on holding sacred space for a transpersonal, conscious and embodied process to develop, which supports (y)our individual, ancestral & collective healing, in a journey towards a more conscious, fulfilling and meaningful existence (Wholeness).

I live on the unceded Coast Salish territories as a racialized settler. I have the privilege to hold an MA in Dance/movement psychotherapy from CODARTS, a Certificate in Community dance through Trinity Laban, and to be registered as a B.C. clinical counsellor (RCC), Somatic therapist (RSMT), EMDR therapist and to hold certificates as Yoga & Pranayama instructor.

Currently I work in private practice. My main area of interest is individual, ancestral and collective patriarchal trauma healing. I have a transpersonal approach and weave tools like dance/movement & somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, cyclical awareness, conscious embodiment & breathing practices, self-inquiry, psycho-spiritual education, ritual & ceremony.

I also work as a dance artist & therapist within community-based projects, share dance therapy as faculty of The Movement Arc, and have the honor to sit in the board of Yoga Outreach.

Last year I birthed Yoga Circle, a space dedicated to yoga and collective healing, where I have the opportunity to share the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Authentic Movement, Consiouc Relating and Cyclic Awareness, all practices that have transformed my life during the last two decades and continue to do so.

For 15 years I had the opportunity to work with dance & movement as tools for individual and social transformation & inclusion, and to participate in the empowerment of communities through social justice projects in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Many of the practices that I share and that inform my own, are rooted in knowledge, wisdom and traditions much greater than myself, on my own process of (un)learning and a conscious commitment to my own healing journey and spiritual practice. I am deeply grateful to all my teachers and to my clients, who have trusted and allowed me to keep sharing, moving and healing together.

Cyclical Awareness in particular is a practice that touched me & urged me to share it as a powerful tool to bring back into our consciousness the Divine Union of the Feminine and the Masculine that exists within and without us all.

Born and raised mestiza, in what is now called Mexico, my passion for life, people & other cultures, has driven me to travel worldwide and to live in 5 other countries.

My biggest desire is to touch people’s souls and inspire them (& myself) into a more conscious, fulfilling & meaningful life journey.

Thank you for stopping by.
I look forward to connecting with you and inspiring each other.
